Mums & Bubs Reformer
These classes are good fun for you and your little one! Using our professional reformer beds you can enjoy your reformer pilates classes while your baby is there with you. With a focus on core strength, endurance and balance these classes will help you build on your post natal recovery.
Not only do these classes build your strength and fitness they are also wonderful for your mental health and social well being. Find you clique with other mums in the area in the class and pop next door for a coffee together afterwards to have a laugh about what a crazy ride parenthood is!
