Our light filled studio offers both Reformer and Mat Pilates classes which are suitable for all levels and abilities. Our classes are social and fun while providing you with a challenge to help you realise your health and fitness goals.
Reformer Pilates
These classes are perfect for levels of fitness or experience on Reformer. Due to out small class sizes the instructor can tailor the class to you. Our focus is on familiarising you with the Reformer and repertoire of exercises while still providing you with a challenging workout.
You will be taught efficient breathing and movement while focusing on correct alignment through controlled exercises. As you become confident in the exercises you will continue to progress through modifications and harder exercises ensuring you get a great workout and the best possible results.
In these classes you will experience a higher intensity and faster pace routine to push you during the session.
These classes are for clients who are wanting to increase their repetoire of exercise while still maintaining good postural alignment and control.
You will get a great cardio workout while building strength and burning calories.
Mat Pilates
Mat pilates is a proven exercise program that will help you strengthen and lengthen while also improve your core strength. Suitable for beginners through to those who are well versed in pilates our small group sessions are a wonderful way to help you achieve you health and wellness goals in a fun and social environment.
Working predominantly on the mat you will begin to realise the physical benefits of pilates through improved posture, better coordination and balance and increased endurance and strength. In addition to the physical benefits, pilates can play a significant role in improving your mental well being through improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness and stress management.
Our classes are small with up to ten participants which allows our instructors to work closely with you to ensure the program is tailored to your needs, while allowing for sufficient time to ensure you are completing the exercises correctly to optimise your health outcomes.
